On your wedding day, you can expect our team to be among the first to arrive on site, and one of the last to leave once you and your beloved ride off into the sunset together.

Our Full Service Process
I. The Consultation
We believe that forming meaningful connections with our fellow humans is the most important thing we can do in life. Those connections sustain us, but they also have the ability to build empathy and kindness, ultimately feeding our souls. That's why the very first step in F&B's client onboarding process involves a face to face meeting (either in-person or digitally) to get to know each other, discuss your needs and vision for your wedding florals, and review beautiful design inspiration suited to your wedding vision.
II. Booking
Once you've had the opportunity to meet with fleurish and bloom's lead designer to discuss your event, you're ready to book! Fleurish & Bloom requires a contract and initial payment of $500 to secure your wedding date. Once your date is secured, fleurish and bloom will present you with a curated floral plan.
III. A Curated Floral Plan
Designed with carefully selected images and detailed descriptions that align with your exclusive floral recipes, Fleurish and Bloom's Curated Floral Plan is a 10-15 page document that will help you visualize your wedding florals, allow us to work together to hone your designs.
IV. Wedding Prep
Sample meetings are available to all full service clients at a la carte pricing. Those clients wishing to book a sample meeting with Fleurish & Bloom should do so no later than three (3) months before your wedding date. Whether or not you choose to book a sample meeting, our team checks in with you six weeks before your wedding date to discuss timelines, and make any necessary changes or additions before the big day!
V. The Flowers Arrive
During the week of your wedding, Fleurish & Bloom's team is in the studio, hard at work tending to your beautiful blooms, and turning those raw materials into exquisite floral designs. Our team only accepts one full service event per week so that we can focus exclusively on making your wedding floral dreams a reality.
VI. The Event of a Lifetime
We are honored that you selected Fleurish & Bloom to play a small part in your love story! On the big day, you'll find our team is one of the first to arrive on site and often the last to leave your venue after you've made your grand exit. Each full service wedding package includes white glove delivery service of your bouquet and other wedding party flowers by none other than our owner & lead designer, Jess, followed by delivery and setup of the remainder of your wedding blooms.
the partial service experience
Our Partial Service Wedding Package is for those couples seeking custom designed, premium blooms without the added luxury of full service delivery, setup, and rental retrieval. We find this option is generally best suited to couples looking for bouquets, boutonnieres, and other personal florals with a few small centerpieces.
the diy experience
Our DIY Collection offers the personalized designs and personable experiences that clients have come to expect from fleurish & bloom. In addition to a variety of digital resources and access to f&b's wealth of floral knowledge, each package in f&b's Bespoke DIY Collection includes personalized floral recipes crafted exclusively for you.

The industry standard for booking wedding florals used to be six months. These days, F&B's weekends (especially spring and fall) are booking much faster - sometimes more than a year and a half in advance. For that reason, the sooner you contact F&B, the more likely we are to be available to serve you on your wedding day.
how far in advance should we book?
Delivery services are offered with all of Fleurish & Bloom's full service wedding packages. In addition to including delivery, each of our full service wedding packages includes: staffing, setup, repurposing, breakdown, and same day rental retrieval. Delivery can be added to your partial and DIY packages for an additional fee.
do you offer delivery services?
Fleurish & Bloom has a small inventory of rental items available to all of our clients on a first come, first serve basis. If you have your heart set on a specific vase or item not currently listed in our rental inventory, please let us know. F&B is generally able to accommodate requests for new inventory if those items are likely to be preferred by our clientele.

F&B Owner and Lead Designer, Jessica Samsing, has over a decade of experience in floral design. Throughout nine of those years, Jessica has focused exclusively on weddings and events, serving more than 70 wedding couples. For more information about F&B and its owner, visit our About page.
How many years of experience do you have?
We believe every couple deserves a beautiful wedding at a budget that's comfortable for their individual situation. For that reason, F&B has established three tiers of floral packages. On average, full service couples invest $5000+ for 100-150 guest count, partial service couples invest $2500, and DIY couples invest $1500.
Do you have a minimum budget requirement?
We're a small team here at fleurish & bloom, and we like it that way. It allows us to forge unbreakable bonds with our teammates, fellow wedding vendors, and clients. In order to best serve each of our clients, F&B limits our full service events to one per week, with the exception of multi-day events (think multiple wedding events over the course of one weekend for the same couple)
